ApplyMate is a job-application platform for job seekers worldwide. It matches your profile to open jobs and, on the Pro and Max Pro plans, applies to them for you through official company career portals, with a cover letter written for each job.
A job is applied to only when it matches you on three metrics: industry, skills and experience. Skipped jobs are logged in your dashboard with the metric that was missing.
No. Applications go through official company career portals only, with no bots or bulk-apply tools. ApplyMate never asks for your job-portal or email passwords.
No. Every application is tailored to the job description: your skills are matched, relevant projects are highlighted, and the cover letter is specific to the company and role.
The target is 8 to 10 tailored applications a day once your profile is active. It is a target, not a guarantee, and can be lower on weekends, holidays or when few suitable roles are open.
There is a free plan (you apply yourself, up to 30 applications a month). Paid plans last 30 days: in India Basic is ₹399, Pro is ₹1,999 and Max Pro is ₹2,999. Other countries pay the same number in their local currency, for example $10, $50 and $75 in the United States. A 7-day trial is available once per account.
India (INR), United States (USD), United Kingdom (GBP), Canada (CAD), Australia (AUD), New Zealand (NZD), Singapore (SGD), and Germany, France, Ireland, the Netherlands, Spain and Italy (EUR). The country is chosen at signup and cannot be changed later.
No. Paid plans are one-time payments for 30 days. There is no auto-renewal and no lock-in, and you can cancel any time.
Yes. It is built for freshers as well as working professionals. For freshers it highlights projects, college, skills and internships and targets fresher-friendly roles.
No. ApplyMate does not guarantee interviews, callbacks or offers. Outcomes depend on factors outside its control.
ApplyMate keeps applying to look for a better offer, and unused days are not refunded once a job offer is on record. A limited Job Refund Promotion for the first 10 paying subscribers who land a job is described in the terms.
If you leave mid-plan, the refund is the amount paid divided by 30, times remaining days, minus Razorpay's 2% fee. A full refund minus the 2% fee applies if no job has been screened yet. Requests go to support@applymate.in within 30 days of the charge. See the refund policy for the full rules.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. ApplyMate never stores your card or bank details.
